I have one goal this week and that’s to get to the Vincent Van Gogh exhibition at NGV before it closes. I think of it as a reward for getting all my gear cleaned and organised.

I spent part of the weekend back on 500px. I had not visited it for months and decided put some more recent work up, most of which was well received.
I wasn’t familiar with the name Gary Heery but I did recognise the earlier work, with images of Madonna and other celebrities.

The last paper for semester just went in a short while ago. I have a few weeks to rest and there is a long weekend coming up. Sweet relief!
Two things to share this week.
I picked up a copy of Bailey Exposed published in conjunction with the National portrait gallery. It’s a little black book full of David Bailey’s wit and images.
Marc Hauser Is a portrait photographer from Chicago and he is a lot like Bailey in Terms of attitude. Here is a short video
