I made a deal with myself to avoid adding more books to my unread pile and for the most part it has worked but when I saw a title that grabbed my attention in the window of one of my favourite bookshops, it had to come home with me.

I certainly consider Fiennes to be a subject matter expert. He has done a great many things that most of us would refuse out of fear. Fiennes is not so much fearless as aware of and able to manage his fear and that is something I am intensely interested in.
