I have been suffering from Spring cleaning for a few weeks now. Various parts of the house that catch and hold mess getting tidied by emptying them completely and not letting anything back in that has no business being there. It culminated in a massive clean up of my tool shed on the weekend. I found of lot of abused (and by that I mean really rusty) tools that will probably end up in front of my lens before becoming scrap.
This cleaning method is something I need to apply more in my photographs. Take everything out of the image and only allow back those elements which belong, that are necessary and not gilding the lily.
